Device: Craftea Chai Maker. What a nice drink to wake up to. It’s a wonderfully gentle process, not the brisk slap in the face of coffee!
Cardamom spice is the key to this simple chai tea latte. Up to twice as much black tea can be used for a potent, authentic Indian chai. Strong, robust CTC black tea is traditionally used in making chai, but you can use other types of tea as well.
